Construction & General Laborers’ Local 172 (LIUNA Local 172) represents heavy and highway laborers and plant and manufacturing employees in Southern and parts of Central New Jersey. The union offers apprenticeships through the New Jersey Construction Craft Laborers’ Apprenticeship Program (NJCCLAP), which consist of 4,000 hours of paid on-the-job training with an additional 400 hours of classroom training.
