Roofers and Waterproofers Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) Local Union #195 offers a mix of classroom instruction and paid, on-the-job training, equipping apprentices with the skills needed to pursue careers in the offshore wind industry. Apprentices gain expertise to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems and waterproofing techniques.
